Facilitate in the overall coordination of meetings, funds, recruiting, speakers, banquet activities, publicity, competitions, website design, industry connections, and university affairs. Conduct officer meetings with activity reports and deadlines.

Vice-President of Operation

Organize construction job site tours and other field trips. Promote meetings through e-mails, posters and COE activity calendar.

lucasLucas Melquist

Vice-President of Finances

Oversee all activities involved in financial and budget issues.  Manage expenses with a detailed budget report. Keep track of all receipts by obtaining original receipt with information regarding purchase, amount, purpose, and person.  Deposit checks from members, donors, and banquet activity.  Order food and refreshments for meetings.

Responsible for all elements of the 15th Annual Construction Club Banquet. Promote banquet through flyers, registration booklets, and press releases. Contact award recipients and maintain relations among award recipients and student speakers. Update company and industry database for mailings. Create budget and organize all financial bookkeeping activities. Oversee catering and banquet facility needs. Arrange keynote speaker with the assistance of Professor Hanna. Maintain relations with Wingra Group for banquet program. End up with a sweet job since companies always wants to hire the banquet co-chairs.
